As a Certified Specialist of Wine, Rick will guide participants through the tasting of five wines from five different countries from five different grape varietals. Rick will teach the group how to taste the wines and deduce the grape variety, country, vintage and even region.
This method is tried and true to make almost anyone an educated taster of wines. Simple yet comprehensive, you will never take another sip of wine without thinking of this tasting method, and remembering the simple steps necessary to name the type of wine being tasted.
