The Texas Experience Festival will take place on the grounds of the Convention and Visitors Bureau in the City of Shenandoah... in the East Texas pine forest just 35 miles north of Houston and 20 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The day will be packed with activities including Texas Historical re-enactments in the Texas History area, Arts and Crafts exhibitors from all over Texas, a Kid's Area that includes children's recycled art zone, water activities, horseshoes and more. The Go Texan area features products and goods from Texas companies, plus we'll have a Texas Wildflower and Farmers Market. Be sure to bring your appetite because we'll have great Texas Food too!
Entry is only $10 and includes all activities, children's games and entertainment. Tickets can be purchased for food and beverage. Parking is located at Oak Ridge High School in the East parking lot with FREE shuttle buses to the event all day.
Pull out your hats and bandanas and get back to your Texas Roots at the Texas Experience. You'll experience first-hand how life in Texas is GOOD!
