Valery Schroth, Cala Restaurant
Valery Schroth has been the pastry chef for Cala Restaurant since February 2006. She has had extensive experience creating wonderful pastries and desserts, for restaurants such as Restaurante Aklla, J.W. Marriott Hotel, Restaurante Embarcadero. She graduated in 2005 from Le Cordon Bleu in Peru with a specialization in pastries. She also attended the Instituto D'Gallia from 2002 to 2004. Valery has also used her talents to impress the patrons of her own business, Sweet Fusion.
She has had the honor to be part of Cordua's Festival of Peruvian Food. She prepared all the desserts to accompany the five nights of Peruvian dining.
